📋 Description

• Develop build tooling solutions • Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines • Optimise SDLC processes • Adopt and evaluate AI-assisted development tooling and workflows • Work with modern build systems, SDLC engineering, IDE ecosystems, and developer productivity tooling • Resolve technical blockers independently • Align architecture across teams • Deliver project milestones and high-quality technical outcomes • Contribute through public speaking, technical writing, developer community engagement, advisory work, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in developing build tooling solutions, maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, and optimising SDLC processes • Practical, evidence-based adoption of AI-assisted development tooling and workflows, grounded in production experience or systematic experimentation • Hands-on familiarity with modern build systems, SDLC engineering, IDE ecosystems, and developer productivity tooling • Strong engineering proficiency in at least one ecosystem: JVM (Java, Scala, or Kotlin), Rust, Go, TypeScript, or C++ • Effective technical communication paired with a pragmatic problem-solving methodology • Independent technical blocker resolution and proactive cross-team architectural alignment • Self-directed delivery of project milestones and high-quality technical outcomes • Background in public speaking, technical writing, or developer community engagement, alongside advisory and knowledge-sharing capabilities (significant asset) • English language proficiency at a minimum B2/C1 level
