📋 Description
• Identify companies that could realistically hire offshore staff • Build a steady flow of qualified meetings for the sales team • Define and refine the ideal customer profile • Identify buying signals such as hiring activity, growth triggers, and operational strain • Run outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and unconventional channels • Test, measure, and scale the channels and approaches that convert • Qualify and warm prospects before handing opportunities to sales • Maintain a clean and accurate CRM • Report full-funnel metrics from first touch through closed client • Improve lead-generation results month over month • Work autonomously with the sales team and internal leadership • Build a predictable pipeline from scratch for a company providing offshore staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, and BPO services
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years in B2B lead generation • Proven record of generating clients for a staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO firm itself, not for one of its clients • Ability to share funnel metrics including outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, show-up rates, closed clients, and KPIs • Ability to build targeted lead lists and independently identify buying signals • Creative outreach approach without dependence on an expensive paid-tools stack • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM, such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Zoho • Ability to maintain detailed, up-to-date prospect and opportunity records • Excellent written and spoken English • Comfortable independently owning targets in a fully remote setup • Experience with qualification or discovery calls before sales handoff is preferred • Familiarity with Western SMB markets (US, UK, EU, AU) and offshore hiring needs is preferred • Cold calling or appointment-setting software experience is preferred • Experience with corporate markets, such as accounting, is preferred • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Clay is preferred • Experience with outreach beyond cold email and LinkedIn is preferred
