📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, development and evolution, ensuring it remains relevant, competitive, and sustainable. • Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, development, launch, and iteration. • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, benchmarks, and internal data to generate insights and opportunities. • Define product vision, objectives, roadmap, and prioritization, aligning customer needs with company strategy. • Clearly define ideal and non-ideal customer profiles and competitive differentiators, building a scalable growth and profitability strategy. • Validate hypotheses using data, research, testing, and continuous experimentation. • Map risks, requirements, and necessary alignments with teams such as Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Credit, Collections, Marketing, Data, and Technology. • Monitor product performance with a focus on financial metrics, customer satisfaction, conversion, engagement, delinquency, and overall journey success. • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey to reduce friction and drop-offs while maximizing conversion and experience. • Take a leading role in communication: advocate the product vision, negotiate priorities, and influence internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing digital products in the financial services/fintech sector. • Deep knowledge of credit products; experience with personal loans is a plus. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. • Proficiency in SQL and Excel. • Experience with financial and risk metrics, including LTV, delinquency/default rates, and conversion. • Strategic business vision. • Ability to translate company directives into practical, profitable, and scalable solutions. • Experience leading and developing people. • Experience directly managing APMs and coordinating cross-functional teams. • Clear, executive, concise, and persuasive communication.
