📋 Description

• Conduct daily research on national and European procurement platforms • Identify relevant tenders in IT management, Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), and cybersecurity, and assess their chances of success • Monitor market and procurement trends and identify new business opportunities • Manage the entire tender process, from analysis through to the timely submission of bids • Coordinate the departments involved and ensure the completeness and formal compliance of bids • Identify revenue potential in the public sector together with the New Business team • Support bidder meetings, presentations, and responses to client questions • Analyze won and lost tenders and derive recommendations for action • Optimize bid quality and success rates with relevant stakeholders • Develop standards, templates, and best practices • Introduce suitable tools and processes • Create transparency regarding the pipeline, participation rates, and win rates • Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Product Management, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training or a university degree, ideally in administration, business, sales, IT, or project management • Initial experience in tender management, public procurement, project management, sales, or a comparable field is an advantage • Knowledge of public procurement procedures and platforms such as TED, Vergabe24, DTVP, or comparable systems is desirable • Knowledge of EVB-IT contracts is a plus • Ideally, experience in a software, IT, or B2B environment • Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, CRM systems • Very good written and spoken German and English
