📋 Description

• Technically develop the market, taking regional characteristics into account • Identify business opportunities • Provide technical support to the sales force and customers • Manage the demand generation process in partnership with the commercial team • Maintain relationships with researchers, technical advisors, cooperatives, and agribusiness consultants • Conduct technical training for the internal and external sales force • Strengthen relationships with customers, consultants, foundations, and other regional influencers • Support BASF’s growth and positioning among the region’s key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Management, or Marketing • Experience in agribusiness, in sales, marketing, and/or R&D • Experience with soybean and corn crops • Established relationships with foundations, consulting firms, and recommending institutions • Knowledge of the agricultural market in southern Mato Grosso do Sul • Strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and technical influence
