📋 Description

• Provide support for routine contracting demands and administrative support for purchasing processes • Assist other service providers in keeping procurement documentation up to date and organized, including contracts and purchase orders • Assist with monitoring document and certificate expirations and renewals, as well as following up on pending goods requests through coordination with requesters and the procurement department • Support the registration of amendments, TEPs, reimbursements, and operational adjustments in the SAP system, ensuring compliance with internal standards • Assist with requesting quotations, comparing proposals, and processing routine procurement service requests • Track orders and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines, including the operational processing of pending items in systems used by the client • Make changes to contract managers, contract inspectors, and alternate approvers • Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities, including monitoring registered amendments, TEPs, reimbursements, and operational adjustments • Assist in preparing presentations and executive summaries for the management team • Manage procurement-related correspondence and communications and enter data from signed contracts into the system, including process adjustments integrated with SAP

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical secondary education in programs within the Management and Business, Industrial Control and Processes, or Industrial Production technology tracks recognized by the CNCT • Certification not required • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 • Basic knowledge of legislation and procedures related to public tenders and contracting in public administration and state-owned companies, such as Law 8,666/93, Decree 2,745/98, Law 13,303/16, and Law 14,133/21 • Technical writing
