📋 Description

• Serve as the technical expert for crop programs in the Northern territory, supporting regional external stakeholders and internal teams • Contribute to the delivery of technical training and knowledge-sharing for BASF teams on products, seeds, services, crop sectors and regulatory matters • Support customer marketing initiatives aimed at distributors, farmers and winegrowers, and influencers/advisors • Implement Solutions offerings (products, seeds and services) across technical, crop-sector, service and sustainable agriculture areas • Develop, lead and monitor technical and crop-sector action plans with advisors, key distributors and influencers • Contribute to the development of Crop Strategies with the Technical and Regulatory Affairs Department and the Sustainable Agriculture and Communications Department • Field-based role covering Hauts-de-France, Haute-Normandie, and the departments of 78, 95 and 77

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy or a related field • Experience in customer-facing roles within the crop protection industry • In-depth knowledge of agronomy, crop production programs, crop protection products and application techniques • Ability to synthesize information and communicate it clearly and appropriately to different audiences • Resilience, creativity and the ability to anticipate change • Autonomy, initiative and facilitation skills to unite, persuade and engage stakeholders • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills • Ability to act as a trusted partner, provide solutions and proactively make recommendations in a demanding environment
