• Train surgical teams—including surgical technicians, nurses, operating room assistants, pharmacists, and surgeons—at hospitals • Participate daily in medium- and high-complexity surgical procedures to support product preparation and application • Check product inventory in hospital pharmacies on a weekly basis • Complete key performance indicator (KPI) reporting, including HCP interactions, events, trainings, and product participation • Visit stakeholders to support product standardization, portfolio expansion, and growth across surgical specialties • Promote the full portfolio to improve the product mix and achieve individual or team targets within the territory • Implement business strategies with customers and stakeholders • Protect the positive image and long-term strength of the brand, customer satisfaction, and strategic objectives • Monitor surgical schedules to identify potential procedures for product utilization • Document surgical follow-ups • Ensure compliance with Baxter’s internal policies and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of or experience with hospital products used in operating rooms • Bachelor’s degree completed • Completed or ongoing surgical instrumentation course (preferred) • Valid, active driver’s license • Experience managing key accounts in Porto Alegre, Florianópolis, and Joinville • Experience managing a travel territory and sales performance • Customer relationship management experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Willingness to travel 50% of the time (two weeks per month), based in Porto Alegre • Proactive profile and ability to work effectively as part of a team
