📋 Description

• Analyze business issues and document business requirements • Identify best solutions and best practices • Monitor and track initiative status • Engage local resources and escalate as needed • Serve as liaison between the account, region, and project team • Ensure required documentation is delivered and reviewed by relevant stakeholders • Confirm technical feasibility and compliance documentation • Support the Operations team • Lead assignments or contribute as a process expert to BCD activities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments • Project management and/or implementation experience • Ability to apply technology as an enabler to process improvement • Proficiency in GDS Amadeus • Subject matter expertise in Agency Operations, Call Center principles, or Automation/Technology • Demonstrated skills in MS Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access • Excellent oral and written commercial English and Spanish/Portuguese communication skills
