📋 Description

• Handle incoming customer requests accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and other channels • Serve as the primary customer contact and provide active travel consultation to business customers • Provide travel details and upsell related products • Work independently on assigned requests and take initiative to provide assistance • Provide day-to-day assistance to the team and answer team members’ questions about policies and procedures • Participate in operations-related project teams • Coach travel consultants when the team lead is absent • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Anticipate and assist with potential customer challenges • Review operational processes and commercial customer relationships and suggest improvements • Perform quality management, including error management, and assist with assigned projects • Meet individual and team goals

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments • Hands-on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurately under pressure • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment • Ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi-regional operations setup • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Advanced skills on GDS Amadeus • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
