📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Consult customers based on their travel policy • Fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations • Provide industry information, including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries • Communicate with and respond to requests from dedicated clients

🎯 Requirements

• Prior Travel Agent experience • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Skills in GDS Amadeus • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
