📋 Description

• Lead development of integrated analytics solutions • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI data models, dashboards, and reports • Build and optimize semantic models, including performance tuning and efficient DAX implementation • Develop data collection tools using Power Apps and workflow automations using Power Automate and Python • Design and implement Python-based data automation pipelines • Perform ETL from SAP, SharePoint, enterprise systems, and cloud storage services • Deliver integrated analytics solutions using established team frameworks and reusable components • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions • Monitor, sustain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing solutions, performance, and usability • Lead or collaborate on short-cycle development initiatives lasting 1–2 months • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance • Maintain documentation of datasets, models, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in a data analyst or analytics engineering role in a business environment • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization techniques • Strong experience building Power Apps and Power Automate flows • Strong expertise in Excel and Power Query • Proficiency in Python for data automation and scripting • Working knowledge of SQL and data-centric scripting languages • Strong understanding of data models, data structures, and data architecture principles • Experience with ETL processes • Working knowledge of GitHub or similar version control tools • Experience working with SharePoint for data storage and integration • Strong business acumen and understanding of cross-functional business processes • Preferred: familiarity with SAP, Azure, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric; experience developing integrated analytics solutions across multiple data domains
