📋 Description

• Lead complex business, operational, and integration projects in an international, cross-functional environment • Manage approximately 4 to 5 projects simultaneously from initial planning through execution and closure • Coordinate Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal, Operations, and regional stakeholders • Establish responsibilities, timelines, priorities, and expectations • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans • Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, scope changes, and potential delays • Implement corrective actions when required • Lead projects with significant operational and commercial impact • Ensure regulatory, product, process, and organizational changes are implemented on time • Drive Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence initiatives, including Kaizen workshops and structured problem-solving activities • Monitor and communicate project performance using project management tools and methodologies • Provide visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and results • Capture lessons learned at project closure

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager • Experience managing operational, commercial, integration, or business transformation projects within complex international organizations • Experience working in highly regulated or complex industries • Experience within Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Medical Devices, or Automotive environments would be highly desirable • Official PMP certification is desirable • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, project planning, and stakeholder management • Experience in Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence • Practical experience with Kaizen, Lean principles, and structured problem-solving methodologies is ideal • Advanced English proficiency • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence, align, and mobilize cross-functional teams • Strong autonomy, resilience, creativity, motivation, and drive • Ability to navigate uncertainty, manage competing priorities, and quickly become autonomous within a fast-paced environment
