📋 Description

• Find, test, and launch AI tools and solutions that improve the speed and effectiveness of the Growth Marketing B2B team • Own AI projects end to end, from initial use case through independent market adoption and measurable business results • Manage a portfolio of AI experiments, rollouts, and internal enablement projects spanning marketing, sales, and automation • Test conversational WhatsApp bot use cases and create standard setups for markets • Pilot WhatsApp and AI calling bots to improve MQL contact rates and pipeline • Build AI agents and automations for campaign reporting, lead enrichment, and content localisation using n8n, Make, Zapier, and other no-code tools • Scout and evaluate AI vendors and tools with IT, Legal, and Security • Conduct business cases, security reviews, data privacy and GDPR evaluations, and vendor negotiations • Configure tools, write and test prompts, build agents and automations, and connect them to HubSpot, Salesforce, and WhatsApp • Build playbooks, prompt libraries, training, and handover materials for market adoption • Run demos and enablement sessions to raise the team's AI capabilities • Report results including MQLs, contact rate, meetings booked, conversion, and hours saved • Decide whether to scale, iterate, or stop pilots based on measured results

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing projects in marketing, growth, marketing operations, or a similar commercial area • At least 1 year focused on AI or automation projects • Experience owning AI projects that delivered measurable results • Deep, daily, hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot • Experience building AI agents or automations with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier • Experience with APIs and webhooks • Solid understanding of LLMs, prompting, limitations, hallucinations, data privacy, and output-quality evaluation • Strong analytical skills, KPI setting, data interpretation, and data-driven decision-making • Experience running pilots and scaling them across teams, markets, or regions • Ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguous situations • Ability to challenge assumptions and assess when AI is appropriate • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, without formal authority • Fluent English • Must already have the legal right to work in the country of residence or location of the role • Visa sponsorship is not available
