📋 Description

• Oversee and be accountable for the successful conduct of assigned projects • Manage recruitment, training, development and performance reviews of personnel • Develop business strategy and acquire new business in cooperation with business and senior management • Develop and maintain effective client relationships • Manage alliance partnerships • Fulfill Sub-TA Head responsibilities • Collaborate with scientific and therapeutic leaders across all clinical trial aspects • Bridge project teams and provide innovative solutions within the Rheumatology therapeutic area

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience • 8 years of demonstrated skills and competency in clinical project management tasks and management of staff • University/college degree (life science preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities • Experience managing global Rheumatology drug development programs • Excellent leadership skills, including effective delegation and prioritization • Sound planning and organizational skills • Problem-solving and decision-making ability • Proven financial analytical skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Strong marketing and negotiation skills • Experience creating and implementing new processes • Available for domestic and international travel, including overnight stays
