📋 Description

• Collaborate with in-house Influencer Marketing Managers • Source influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, and the proprietary influencer database • Build a pipeline of potential influencers • Reach out to influencers with campaign proposals • Request and evaluate influencer media kits and audience analytics • Assess partnership fit • Help develop new collaboration formats and contracts, from micro-influencers to celebrities • Monitor social media trends

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Germany with at least 3 semesters remaining (mandatory) • Fluent in both English and German • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Available to work 20 hours per week • Experience in sales, marketing, or outreach through internships, side projects, or previous work (nice-to-have) • Proficiency with software and productivity tools • Ability to utilise AI tools to improve workflow • Passion for social media and eagerness to learn influencer marketing • Must be based in Germany
