📋 Description

• Provide emergency support to corporate travelers by phone, email, and other channels made available by the company • Process bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and reissues for domestic and international air tickets • Manage critical travel-related situations, seeking fast and effective alternatives to minimize client impact • Provide support with hotel bookings, car rentals, and other travel services • Use GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or equivalent), airline portals, and corporate tools to handle requests • Ensure compliance with clients’ travel policies and current commercial agreements • Accurately record all interactions and actions taken during each support case • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible traveler experience • Monitor flights, operational changes, and potential impacts requiring proactive action • Maintain high standards of quality and productivity, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in corporate travel agencies or emergency support operations • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Sabre and/or Amadeus • Experience with ticket issuance, rebooking, refunds, and other corporate travel processes • Knowledge of domestic and international airline portals • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays • Knowledge of OBTs (Online Booking Tools) is a plus • Intermediate or advanced English is a plus • Experience in 24/7 operations or emergency departments is a plus • Availability to work fully remotely on a 12x36 schedule, from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., on weekdays and weekends according to the schedule
