📋 Description

• Provide consultative service to VIP clients, executives, and senior leadership • Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel • Handle emergencies and concierge services, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the journey • Manage complex requests with agility and service excellence • Build close relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams • Meet SLAs and quality standards • Work with ethics, discretion, and confidentiality • Focus on high-profile corporate clients and critical requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed • Solid experience in corporate travel and VIP customer service • Advanced knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus • Experience with the Argo OBT • Advanced or fluent English • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus • Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
