📋 Description

• Turn raw footage, scripts, and ideas into high-performing direct-response video ads • Translate marketing strategy into videos with powerful hooks, clean storytelling, and engaging editing rhythm • Find and select appropriate footage and imagery • Add motion design and sound • Develop creative concepts with creative strategists and project managers • Preserve each client brand’s visual identity in edits • Use Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools in daily work • Recommend useful new tools to the team • Create occasional content for the agency’s own marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Portugal or Spain and planning to stay • Several years of experience editing video ads for performance marketing on YouTube, Meta, or Google • Understanding of CTR, conversion rate, and retention metrics • Strong command of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects • Experience with CapCut and Figma • Experience with AI-powered tools or strong willingness to learn them • Fluent English • German at B2 level or above • A plus, but not a must: familiarity with UGC formats, direct response storytelling, and platform-specific nuances
