• Design experiences used daily by global businesses and teams • Simplify complex workflows like scheduling, communication, and customer interactions • Work across web and mobile products in a connected ecosystem • Own design problems from discovery to delivery • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design • Use research, feedback, and data to improve decisions
🎯 Requirements
• Strong design craft + product thinking • Experience designing real, shipped products (not just concepts) • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and constraints • Comfortable working in a remote, async, fast-moving environment • Experience with complex workflows or multi-surface products is a plus • Someone who takes ownership and responsibility for outcomes
