📋 Description

• Prepare monthly management reporting packages, including P&L and cash flow, with variance analysis and business insights • Own budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and cross-functional alignment • Improve and automate reporting processes, including data consolidation and dashboard development • Develop and maintain financial models for new and existing business directions • Support leadership decision-making • Track Delivery and Sales KPIs that affect revenue • Flag risks proactively • Monitor invoice deadlines and month-end close • Own financial reporting and business-facing analytics across Belkins’ largest brand scope • Work alongside the finance team in a peer/support relationship • Report directly to Olha Boyko • Provide analysis for C-level decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in IT, SaaS, or marketing-driven businesses • Solid grounding in accounting principles (US GAAP), with hands-on experience across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow • Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills • Advanced Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, QUERY, pivot tables, and data structuring • Business-oriented mindset — ability to interpret numbers into insight • Upper-Intermediate English or higher • SQL experience and AI tools are bonus points
