📋 Description

• Lead our Quality Assurance function and ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. • Oversee both manual and automated testing teams. • Establish testing strategies and standards. • Partner with product and engineering leaders to embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle. • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of QA Analysts. • Define career paths and provide coaching, training, and professional development. • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that prioritizes quality and accountability. • Define and implement the QA strategy, aligning with organizational and product goals. • Establish QA standards, processes, and metrics for manual, automated, performance, and security testing. • Ensure appropriate test coverage across functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Business Analysts to ensure clear requirements and acceptance criteria. • Advocate for quality across the organization by influencing stakeholders at all levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role. • Strong expertise in QA methodologies, test strategy, and best practices across manual and automated testing. • Hands-on experience with defect tracking, test management, and automation tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium). • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education (preferred). • ISTQB Advanced, CSTE, or equivalent QA certification (preferred). • Experience with performance, security, and compliance testing (preferred). • Background in SaaS, cloud-based, or enterprise-scale application environments (preferred).
