📋 Description

• Lead Bemobi’s Information Security function • Design the protection strategy for autonomous systems and AI, covering autonomy risks, management of agents as non-human identities, and supply chain governance • Advance the Security Operations Center (SOC) detection and response function with AI-native workflows for triage, enrichment, and investigation, while maintaining a human-in-the-loop approach for critical actions • Establish access controls for human and non-human users across distributed and cloud architectures • Ensure compliance with Brazil’s LGPD, PCI DSS, and regulatory requirements for the telecommunications, utilities, healthcare, and education sectors in Brazil, Chile, and Mexico • Develop the InfoSec team and act as a strategic partner to Engineering, Product, and Data from the design stage onward (Security by Design) • Translate technical risk into business decisions for leadership and customers • Own business continuity and incident response plans, as well as communications with customers and regulators in a high-availability payments environment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading information security in mission-critical environments such as payments, fintech, large-scale SaaS, or regulated industries • Strong command of cloud security (AWS and/or Azure), DevSecOps, zero-trust architecture, identity and access management, and application and API security • Practical understanding of vulnerabilities and attacks targeting AI systems, including direct and indirect prompt injection, context exposure, and autonomy risks • Ability to build security programs encompassing policies, threat modeling, red teaming, risk metrics, and multi-year roadmaps • Strategic partner mindset when working with Engineering, Product, Data, CISOs, and technical teams at major customers • Experience with PCI DSS 4.0, ISO/IEC 42001, or formal AI governance programs (preferred) • Experience with model and agent red teaming or security assessment of production LLM architectures (preferred) • Experience operating regionally in Latin America (preferred) • CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent certifications (preferred) • Intermediate or advanced Spanish (preferred) • Intermediate or advanced English (preferred)
