• You have strong expertise in performance marketing and know how to optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads to deliver results. • Develop performance strategies and campaign structures for Google Ads and Meta Ads, ideally also for TikTok and LinkedIn. • Create, optimize and manage ongoing campaigns. • Analyze performance and derive concrete optimization measures. • Technical setup of tracking (pixels, conversions, events, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters). • Keyword research, audience analysis and funnel optimization. • Create reports and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience in performance marketing, especially with Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Confident working with numbers, KPIs, attribution models and dashboards. • Analytical approach and technical understanding of tracking and events. • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Manager. • Ability to logically structure campaigns and optimize them efficiently. • Enthusiasm for testing new formats, platforms and features. • TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus but not required.
