📋 Description
• Prepare lessons using provided materials and customize instruction to each student’s needs • Create a risk-free environment where students can make mistakes and experiment with the language • Motivate students to achieve their language goals using the Berlitz Method • Document student progress after each lesson • Provide instruction while using Berlitz platforms and technology • Commit to a schedule based on personal availability, targeting 15–20 hours per week
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Expert-level Farsi • Intermediate English • Exceptional communication skills • Teaching experience is a plus but not required • Minimum 15 Mbps download speed and 15 Mbps upload speed • Stable wired internet connection; Wi-Fi is not sufficient • PC or laptop running Windows 11 or higher, or macOS 11 or higher • Linux does not support the required applications • USB headset and camera • Backup system required in areas with load shedding • Minimum 2 GHz base processing speed • RAM of 8GB or more • Availability to commit to 15–20 hours per week • Must keep the original schedule for the first 3–4 months
