📋 Description

• Prepare lessons using provided materials and customize them to students’ needs • Create a risk-free environment where students can make mistakes and experiment with Russian • Use the Berlitz Method of instruction • Motivate students to achieve their language goals • Document student progress after each lesson • Deliver instruction using Berlitz platforms and technology • Attend training on the Berlitz Method

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Teaching experience is a plus but not required • Expert-level Russian • Intermediate English • Exceptional communication skills • Minimum 15 Mbps download speed and 15 Mbps upload speed • Stable wired internet connection; Wi-Fi is not sufficient • PC or laptop running Windows 11 or higher, or macOS 11 or higher; Linux does not support the applications • USB headset and camera • Backup system for devices where load shedding occurs • At least 2 GHz base processing speed • RAM equal to or above 8GB • Commitment to provide 15-20 hours per week
