📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage quarterly and ad hoc medical supply requirements received from vessels • Review medical requisitions and select appropriate medicines and medical consumables for procurement • Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations based on pricing, availability, specifications, delivery schedules, and commercial terms • Prepare purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies and requirements • Monitor procurement activities from order placement through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate supply of medical items onboard • Liaise with suppliers, vessels, and relevant stakeholders to resolve procurement and delivery-related matters • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper documentation and audit compliance • Complete goods receipt processes following confirmation of delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) preferred, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field • Sound knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities • Good negotiation skills and commercial awareness • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and procurement-related systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
