📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to partner schools in the assigned portfolio, addressing presented needs, including meetings with parents and students, as well as training and professional development for teachers and management teams • Offer solutions to institutional challenges based on expertise and problem analysis, including meetings, workshops, trainings, commercial scenario analysis, and actions to improve results • Foster partner retention and potential expansion of partnerships • Stay up to date on the educational landscape, the world of work, and relevant technologies through research and study • Ensure remote and/or on-site support for clients in the portfolio, managing the calendar to fulfill predefined action plans and scheduled services • Manage portfolio health indicators, monitoring contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and cross-sell/up-sell strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred • Valid Category B driver’s license and availability to travel • Knowledge of current educational legislation • Knowledge of Novo Ensino Médio (New High School framework in Brazil) • Knowledge of BNCC (Base Nacional Comum Curricular) • Knowledge of ENEM (National High School Exam) • Familiarity with the products offered by the Bernoulli education system
