📋 Description

• Shape and execute AI strategy by building a comprehensive roadmap for AI adoption across corporate functions aligned to business goals • Lead AI readiness efforts, including data governance, tool selection, security, and business case development • Identify, prioritize, and implement AI use cases by translating business needs into cost-effective AI solutions • Lead AI transformation projects end to end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and operationalization • Support client-facing AI enablement and understand client-related AI needs • Define and implement responsible AI-use policies with the security team • Build and maintain an external partner and vendor network for AI initiatives • Track vendor roadmaps and emerging innovation • Manage budgets and financial performance for AI tools, pilots, and projects • Define and track KPIs for AI initiative impact, capture lessons learned, and identify optimization opportunities • Lead thought leadership on ethical, sustainable, and compliant AI practices • Stay current on AI/ML trends and emerging technology

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, or a related field • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent working experience • Proven track record delivering multi-disciplinary strategy within corporate operations • Direct experience implementing AI use cases with measurable outcomes • Familiarity with the full innovation lifecycle, from ideation through scaling • Deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape with hands-on collaboration experience • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to non-technical audiences • A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution • A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
