📋 Description

• Schedule and publish approved content batches using scheduling platforms • Optimize posting times using platform analytics • Verify captions, links, and tags before publishing • Respond to comments and direct messages • Engage with followers and related community accounts • Monitor and reply to reviews, especially on Google My Business • Identify and correct flagged content or posting errors • Monitor account status for login and security issues • Assist with onboarding client accounts to scheduling tools • Engage with niche communities and industry influencers to drive growth • Identify and support potential brand advocates • Set up or optimize client social media profiles • Connect accounts to scheduling tools • Share proof of work and performance reports • Collaborate with design, copywriting, and client-facing teams on content revisions and approvals • Handle urgent or special content requests

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) • Proven experience in online community building and direct social media engagement • Excellent command of English (written and verbal) • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills • High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently • Creativity and empathy in handling client voice and brand tone • Ability to interpret engagement analytics and adjust strategies accordingly • Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST) • High school diploma or equivalent • Stable and high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM and specified processor, operating system, browser, security software, and storage requirements • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher • Designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace • Preferred: minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple client accounts • Preferred: background in marketing, social media management, or public relations • Preferred: experience handling large-volume client portfolios • Preferred: familiarity with Google My Business, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram strategies • Preferred: knowledge of AI-driven content scheduling or engagement tools
