📋 Description

• Provide remote customer service, support, and training • Proactively and reactively assist customers with diverse profiles and business needs • Track projects using agile methodology • Join a team of specialists in E-commerce, Magento, and WooCommerce

🎯 Requirements

• Highly proactive, enjoys technology, and likes working with people • Comfortable with video calls, WhatsApp, and chat • Demonstrated initiative and interest in solving problems and proposing solutions • Accountable for planned deadlines and results • Able and willing to work as part of a team and collaborate with other teams • Able to overcome obstacles and act with a sense of urgency • Organized in managing workspaces, documents, and information • Interested in the internet, e-commerce, and digital marketing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable interacting with customers • Self-motivated and able to set and meet deadlines, organize daily activities, and take initiative • Understanding of internet technologies, including web browsers • Heavy user of web-based tools • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications or a related field, Computer Science, Internet Systems, or a related field • Practical knowledge of WordPress is a plus • Experience creating or managing websites, blogs, or online stores is a plus • Knowledge of and/or experience with e-commerce is a plus
