📋 Description

• Provide remote customer service, support, and training; • Serve clients with diverse profiles and businesses both proactively and reactively; • Monitor and support projects using agile methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Comfortable interacting with customers; • Autonomy: must be able to set and meet deadlines, organize their routine, and be proactive; • Understanding of Internet technologies, including web browsers; • Heavy user of web-based tools. • Nice to have: • Practical experience with WordPress; • Experience creating or managing websites, blogs, or online stores; • Knowledge and/or experience in e-commerce, especially in online store management or marketplace sales;
