📋 Description

• Verantwoordelijk voor meerdere projecten vanaf de tender of bouwteamfase • Begeleiden van projecten naar realisatie • Eindverantwoordelijk voor planningen, aansturing van teams, contact met opdrachtgevers • Coördinatie van projecten op techniek, ontwerp en realisatie • Samenstellen van een gemotiveerd realisatieteam • Constructieve samenwerking met klanten, partners, leveranciers en externe belanghebbenden • Bepalen van projectbeleid en zorgen voor een doordachte voorbereiding en realisatieproces • Aansturen van projectteams en persoonlijke ontwikkeling van teamleden

🎯 Requirements

• HBO-opleiding bouwkunde of civiele techniek of afgestudeerd aan Technische Universiteit • Minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring bij ontwikkelende bouwer als senior projectmanager of projectdirecteur • Aantoonbare ervaring met inkoop, ontwerp en diverse contractvormen • Ervaring met moderne contractvormen • Commerciële onderhandelingsvaardigheden en duurzame relaties onderhouden met partners
