📋 Description

• Work closely with Sales Executives to understand customers' objectives and challenges. • Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical workshops to showcase the capabilities of ANOW! Automate and ANOW! Observe. • Analyze and translate functional and technical requirements into tailored solution designs and implementation plans. • Develop PoC use cases based on concrete customer requirements. • Attend customer meetings to identify technical and business requirements early in the solution development process. • Support the sales process, particularly by preparing responses to RFIs and RFPs. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through close collaboration with Support, R&D, Product Management, and Sales. • Systematically relay customer feedback to Sales and Product teams to continuously improve requirements and solutions. • Continuously develop your knowledge of current IT trends such as DevOps, DataOps, SOAP, observability, cloud technologies, and AI. • Monitor market developments, competitors, and emerging technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent qualification through relevant practical experience • Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer, in technical presales, consulting, or technical sales of enterprise software • Experience with APIs, REST integrations, and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or shell; solid knowledge of modern IT architectures, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes, operating systems, and IT security • Ideally deep knowledge of Automic, Control-M, or Airflow and experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Dynatrace, or Datadog • Very good German and English skills and the ability to present complex technical content appropriately for different audiences • Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style, as well as team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
