• Technical point of contact for enterprise customers across various industries • Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Development • Analysis of complex customer environments and identification of automation potential • Development of scalable, secure and high-performance solution concepts • Conducting product demonstrations, proofs of concept and technical workshops • Supporting the sales process, particularly in preparing responses to RFIs and RFPs • Structured relaying of customer feedback to Sales and Product teams
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience • Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer, in technical presales, consulting or technical sales within enterprise software environments • Experience with APIs, REST integrations and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or Shell • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes • Good understanding of IT architectures, including networking, servers, databases and cloud environments • Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Unix, Linux and Windows, as well as IT security and basic data warehousing and business intelligence concepts • Deep technical expertise in Automic, Control-M or Airflow, including architecture, agents, APIs and integrations, is an advantage • Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Dynatrace or Datadog is also an advantage • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Confident presentation skills and the ability to present complex content clearly for technical and non-technical audiences • Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
