📋 Description

• Guide new members through the Better Impact implementation process from initial planning through successful adoption • Learn each organisation’s needs, workflows, and goals and recommend suitable implementation approaches • Lead individual and group software training sessions • Help members configure and use Better Impact effectively • Introduce members to additional resources, tools, and services • Accurately document implementation activity and member information in internal systems • Conduct success check-ins with existing members • Monitor usage, feature adoption, and success indicators to identify members needing support • Help members recover when implementation is incomplete or staffing changes affect software use • Advise members on configuration or service changes, including upgrades, downgrades, and additional services • Coordinate internal resources for additional training, services, or support • Document member needs, recommendations, and services provided • Triage incoming customer questions when Support team members are away • Connect members with appropriate resources or people for additional technical support

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in volunteer management, volunteer engagement, or a closely related field • Experience training, teaching, onboarding, or advising customers or stakeholders • Strong communication skills and ability to explain processes and technology clearly • Consultative mindset and ability to recommend solutions based on underlying needs • Strong organisation and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple member implementations and priorities • Confidence working with data, usage information, or operational metrics • Comfort learning and working across software systems • Helpful experience with Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Intercom, Zoom, ClickUp, or similar platforms • Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment • Must be based in Australia • Previous SaaS or software implementation/onboarding experience is nice to have • Experience in a software or technology company is nice to have • Experience supporting process or technology change is nice to have • Familiarity with Better Impact or other volunteer management software is nice to have
