📋 Description

• Partner with corporate and private equity clients to assess, develop, and coach investors, CEOs, and c-suite executives across functions, geographies, and portfolio companies. • Lead engagements at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and complex influencing, bringing both analytical insight and interpersonal agility. • Elevate the quality of leadership, through powerful, targeted insights that move the needle on executive capability, team effectiveness, and CEO succession. • Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with executive clients, becoming one of the first people they call to wrestle with their leadership growth and professional challenges. • Work with kind and brilliant colleagues in a team-first meritocracy, where apprenticeship thrives and collegiality is ever-present. • Engage with leading global IP, including three bestselling books and over 50 articles in esteemed journals (e.g., HBR, Wharton). • Join a firm who has supported over 2,000 CEOs and boards, including Global2000 companies, leading PE investors and their portfolio companies, and mission-driven non-profits.

🎯 Requirements

• MBA with relevant strategy consulting experience, or PhD / registered organisational psychologist (typically 7+ years of experience). • Exceptional ability to build and sustain relationships with senior-level clients. • Strong analytical capabilities to generate insights from complex data sets. • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client projects. • A strong track record of success in leadership advisory, management consulting, or a related field. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive audiences. • An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for how leadership can elevate the performance of organisations.
