📋 Description

• Dispatching open delivery orders to our network of over 250 delivery partners in Germany • Coordinating and monitoring time-critical last-mile deliveries • Assisting with tendering of routes and charter requests within our delivery partner network • Close collaboration with our delivery partners to resolve issues and strengthen relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics or a comparable degree • 1–2 years of professional experience in dispatching, operational transport management, or similar • Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills with delivery partners and customers • Willingness to learn, hands-on mentality, and assertiveness • Experience using logistics software • Fluent German (spoken and written); basic English skills
