📋 Description

• Handle transport requests, clarify outstanding details, and identify suitable transport solutions • Request quotes from carrier partners, negotiate rates, and select options based on vehicle class, route, lead time, and service level • Act quickly and decisively in line with clear processes while providing reliable updates to customers • Calculate selling prices and proactively present solutions to customers • Accurately document requests, prices, and orders in the system and ensure high data quality • Provide feedback on carrier performance and help develop the carrier network • Work with the team to develop standards and processes based on recurring cases

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, dispatching, transport logistics, freight procurement, or a comparable role • You work in a structured and efficient manner while keeping track of the big picture • You enjoy communicating, are confident negotiating, and make decisions effectively • Strong numerical skills: prices, margins, and basic calculations are no problem for you • Confident using digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and TMS platforms; open to new software and automation • Excellent written and spoken German • Comfortable communicating in English; additional languages are an advantage • Reliability, ownership, and proactive communication come naturally to you
