📋 Description
• Lead and support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, especially Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Onboarding • Support additional modules such as Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, and Opportunity Marketplace when applicable • Analyze and map As-Is and To-Be business processes • Apply SAP SuccessFactors best practices and recommend process improvements • Customize the system to align with organizational policies and business requirements • Manage user permissions and role-based security within Talent Management modules • Collaborate with global business leaders and HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions • Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to collect detailed business requirements • Provide training sessions to HR teams and end users on system functionalities • Prepare training materials, user guides, and provide ongoing user support • Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and industry best practices • Participate in system upgrades, testing activities, and release management processes • Prepare test scripts, review release notes, and communicate system changes to HR stakeholders • Plan and manage projects related to the deployment and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Onboarding 2.0 • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors best practices and Talent Management processes • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience delivering user training and supporting change management activities • Professional level of English (spoken and written)
