📋 Description

• Assist with processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial entries • Support the preparation of regular financial reports by compiling data, entering information into spreadsheets, and assisting with preliminary data analysis • Support internal clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and routing requests • Provide administrative support, including correspondence management, procurement assistance, requesting quotations, filing and organizing documents, arranging business travel, and processing expenses • Assist with scheduling room reservations • Maintain a commitment to information security and privacy • Facilitate internal communication within the Finance department and with other departments

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field • Knowledge of administrative and financial processes and routines • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office • Knowledge of the Protheus system is a plus • Ability to build relationships with people from different departments and at various hierarchical levels • Self-management • Collaboration • Proactivity and willingness to step outside your comfort zone • Eagerness to learn, teach, and grow with BHS
