📋 Description

‱ Answer questions and proactively provide customer support via WhatsApp, email, and/or phone; ‱ Understand customers' needs and follow up on requests internally until they are resolved; ‱ Give customers feedback on the work performed; ‱ Configure advertising platforms to begin work with clients; ‱ Present campaign performance reports; ‱ Monitor performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction metrics; ‱ Document all relevant information about the work. You will be able to work from home, be part of a great team, and a strong willingness to learn, bring new knowledge, and propose new ideas will be essential. ‱ => You will receive training on various topics, but it is necessary that you study independently and continually seek to improve your knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Previous experience in customer support; ‱ Enjoy interacting with customers and have an easy rapport with clients; ‱ Interest in and ability to study independently and acquire new knowledge; ‱ Good Portuguese language skills and strong written communication; ‱ Organization and discipline to follow required processes; ‱ Have a home environment and infrastructure that allow remote work; ‱ Although remote, full-time availability is required. ‱ Not mandatory, but considered advantages: ‱ Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions (e.g., telemarketing); ‱ Basic knowledge of Google and Facebook Ads campaigns; ‱ Active user of social media; ‱ Knowledge of Excel.
