âą Answer questions and proactively provide customer support via WhatsApp, email, and/or phone; âą Understand customers' needs and follow up on requests internally until they are resolved; âą Give customers feedback on the work performed; âą Configure advertising platforms to begin work with clients; âą Present campaign performance reports; âą Monitor performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction metrics; âą Document all relevant information about the work. You will be able to work from home, be part of a great team, and a strong willingness to learn, bring new knowledge, and propose new ideas will be essential. âą => You will receive training on various topics, but it is necessary that you study independently and continually seek to improve your knowledge.
âą Previous experience in customer support; âą Enjoy interacting with customers and have an easy rapport with clients; âą Interest in and ability to study independently and acquire new knowledge; âą Good Portuguese language skills and strong written communication; âą Organization and discipline to follow required processes; âą Have a home environment and infrastructure that allow remote work; âą Although remote, full-time availability is required. âą Not mandatory, but considered advantages: âą Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions (e.g., telemarketing); âą Basic knowledge of Google and Facebook Ads campaigns; âą Active user of social media; âą Knowledge of Excel.
