• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or messaging platforms. • Assist with order status, product information, billing questions, and issue resolution. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. • Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. • Proactively resolve customer complaints or concerns, using good judgment and empathy. • Deliver solutions that align with company policies while ensuring a positive experience. • Use CRM systems and support platforms to log interactions, track issues, and update customer records. • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers. • Follow support SOPs and contribute to updating documentation for team knowledge bases.
