📋 Description

• Independently prepare and reliably process payment runs • Review incoming invoices for tax compliance, including with regard to the reverse-charge mechanism • Maintain open-item accounts and clarify outstanding items in accounts payable and accounts receivable • Manage and process posting activities in DATEV and SAP • Act as a point of contact for questions relating to accounts payable and accounts receivable • Handle correspondence with suppliers and customers • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings • Contribute to the setup and ongoing development of Bike2Future’s accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business administration training • Initial experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable • Practical experience with DATEV • SAP knowledge is an advantage • Careful and precise working style • Strong numerical aptitude • Strong interest in accounting and finance • Initial experience with intercompany reconciliation is an advantage • At least fluent German skills (C1 level) • Conversational proficiency in English
