📋 Description

• Manage financial and management reporting, including cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting and statutory reporting • Prepare and review annual reports, statutory accounts and management reports • Perform and review revenue, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance requirements • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external advisors • Identify and deliver opportunities to automate, simplify and transform finance processes • Leverage AI, GenAI, automation, data analytics and technology to improve accounting efficiency, accuracy and scalability • Partner with Finance Systems, Data, Engineering and business teams to implement technology-enabled finance solutions • Lead or support process improvement and finance transformation initiatives • Translate complex accounting requirements into practical, scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification • 8+ years' relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, consulting or finance transformation • Strong technical accounting, analytical and reconciliation skills • Experience in finance transformation, automation or consulting is highly preferred • Strong interest in AI, GenAI, automation, data and emerging finance technologies • Advanced MS Excel skills; ERP, BI, workflow automation or financial systems experience is a plus • Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Highly detail-oriented, curious and willing to challenge the status quo
