📋 Description

• Design and implement user growth strategies • Coordinate channel operation activities • Handle creative planning, resource coordination and implementation • Track data effects and output review reports • Build channel/user layered incentive systems and lifecycle management mechanisms • Design differentiated operation strategies to drive platform user growth • Establish data analysis frameworks and monitor user growth data • Evaluate strategy effects and drive business growth through data • Track industry dynamics, policy changes, competitive product trends and cryptocurrency market trends • Propose targeted operational optimization suggestions and differentiated operation plans • Promote implementation of business product functions and drive business growth

🎯 Requirements

• Min. 3 years experience in activity operation • Familiar with Web3 industry • Independently handled over one million user growth projects • Proficient in various user operation methods • Experience with Pinduoduo, Kuaishou and other social media growth activity operation is preferred • Bilingual English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders • English fluent enough to use as a working language • Self-driven, responsible and able to work under pressure • Strong cross-department coordination ability
