📋 Description

• Participate in end-to-end product development across frontend and backend under senior engineer guidance. • Integrate AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into daily development workflow. • Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal frontend-backend handoff friction. • Act as a full stack "seed learner" — absorb practices, contribute ideas, and grow into an autonomous full stack engineer. • Proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows. • Develop skills and gain firsthand experience in the digital assets space through Binance Accelerator Program.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus. • Hands-on project experience (personal, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions all count). • Foundation in at least one backend language (Java, Go, Rust, C++). • Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks. • Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts. • Ability to articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools clearly. • Self-driven, product-minded, and passionate about learning new technologies. • Strong logical thinking and communication skills. • Current university students and recent graduates may apply.
