📋 Description

• Boost sales and contribute to long term business growth by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients/agents/partners • Handle disputes on the P2P platform between trading parties and assist clients with troubleshooting • Uncover customers' unique needs and challenges • Perform document checks according to standard procedures • Monitor transactions, investigate and report suspicious activity • Read, prioritize, and respond to customer queries • Create, manage, implement, and refine marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis • Direct ongoing market research to foster product and market growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and above • Possess 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing and/or business development roles in finance or e-commerce industry • Knowledge in Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency industry • Exceptional written communication skill and a good listener • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and control time effectively • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments
