📋 Description

• Design, operate, and continuously improve high-performing algorithmic strategies for different products • Own strategy development and growth roadmap while ensuring alignment with overall business mandates • Work closely with quant developers to provide design specifications and ensure efficient deployment of strategies and risk controls into production systems • Collaborate with operations, clearing, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate onboarding of new instruments and funding requirements • Participate in and initiate projects to innovate trading and execution solutions across different trading platforms and on-chain infrastructures • Develop and improve liquidity research and algorithmic trading solutions for Binance’s global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in quantitative trading firms, brokers, and trading houses, with a proven track record of success • Experience in market microstructure and analysis of order books and trade data • Experience in algorithmic trading and execution strategy design • Experience in alpha signal generation is a plus • Solid knowledge of quantitative modeling, with the ability to independently build algo specifications for new trading strategies and collaborate with developers to deliver them • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL • C++ or Rust is a plus • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated and highly independent working style • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with a global team in a fast-paced environment
