📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of Binance's Traditional Finance expansion program • Manage the integrated program plan for the TradFi roadmap, including milestones, critical path, and cross-workstream dependencies • Run the PMO operating cadence, including weekly workstream reviews, executive steering committees, RAID logs, scorecards, and launch-readiness reporting • Drive market-expansion workstreams across multiple regions, coordinating regulatory and licensing readiness, localization, and launch sequencing • Source, onboard, and manage external market-data and infrastructure vendors and partners • Define launch-readiness criteria and go/no-go gates; coordinate phased rollouts and post-launch retrospectives • Identify, escalate, and resolve critical-path risks and blockers across product, engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and finance • Maintain competitive intelligence on the TradFi landscape to inform roadmap prioritization and sequencing • Standardize PMO tooling and reporting, including OKRs, KPIs, and dashboards • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams and jurisdictions with executive-level visibility from roadmap to launch

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field • Project management experience at a broker-dealer, exchange, fintech, investment bank, or management consultancy • Track record of delivering trading, market-data, or brokerage products or large-scale financial-services programs • Solid understanding of TradFi market structure and products across asset classes • Experience coordinating multi-jurisdiction launches and working with regulated workflows, including licensing, compliance, and partner agreements • Exceptional executive communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to make trade-off calls under ambiguity • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-velocity, crypto-native environment • Prior experience at a global brokerage or exchange preferred • Familiarity with crypto assets, tokenization, and digital-asset trading preferred • Working knowledge of regulatory regimes across key global markets preferred • MBA, PMP, or CFA preferred
