📋 Description

• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios • Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing • Identify, document, and track defects • Conduct backend/database testing using SQL queries • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues • Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA process improvements • Support automation testing initiatives where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of software testing/QA experience • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC • Experience with manual testing and defect management tools • Basic understanding of automation testing • Hands-on SQL/database testing experience • Good communication and analytical skills • ERP or financial application testing experience is good to have • Exposure to API testing tools like Postman is good to have • Knowledge of Selenium or automation frameworks is good to have • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Continuous learner with a focus on improving systems and processes
