âą Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of cardiac safety studies and programs âą Gather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable plans for cross-functional teams âą Develop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle âą Coordinate equipment distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and inventory management activities âą Create, review, and distribute study reports, project metrics, status updates, and customer communications âą Ensure study data, documentation, and project records are archived in accordance with company and regulatory requirements âą Establish, communicate, and successfully manage customer expectations throughout project execution âą Monitor study timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource utilization to ensure successful outcomes âą Manage project financial activities, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope management, and invoice reconciliation âą Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure study success âą Lead internal and external discussions to support effective communication, teamwork, and efficient use of resources âą Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to address operational challenges, customer concerns, and project escalations âą Maintain issue tracking documentation and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of project-related matters âą Participate in investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and customer governance discussions as required âą Present Cardiac Solutions services, workflows, and operational capabilities to customers and stakeholders âą Collaborate with Business Development and operational teams to support customer engagement and business growth initiatives âą Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training new Project Management team members âą Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance
âą Bachelor's degree and demonstrated project management experience within clinical research, life sciences, healthcare technology, or a related industry âą Clario Project Management Certification required as applicable to the line of business âą 1 to 4 years of experience in project management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, healthcare, medical device, or related industries âą Understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial lifecycle âą Experience managing customer-facing projects, operational deliverables, timelines, and budgets âą Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English âą Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams âą Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams âą Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities âą Demonstrated responsiveness, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction âą Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment âą Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 20% as business needs require
